This will include filling out a detailed health history form and a 7 day food journal. This information will allow me to draw connections about what is gong on. We will also visualize what achieving your goals will look like.

It’s ideal for those who are ready to begin their healing journey, but may not be ready for the full Comprehensive Package which includes gut microbiome testing. This package includes:

This is a comprehensive package designed to develop a personalized healing protocol.
Includes 7 one on one virtual visits (one 90- minute initial consultation, three 60-minute progress visits, and three 30-minute check ins)
Between session communication as needed via email to provide you with the support you need to achieve optimal results
All functional tests (recommended functional tests will vary based on your specific needs but usually includes GI MAP gut microbiome testing, MRT food sensitivity testing, and comprehensive blood work.)
