Frequently Asked Questions

What are your credentials?

I received my doctorate degree in physical therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2015. I became a level one Restorative Wellness Practitioner in 2025.

What is a Restorative Wellness Practitioner?

Have you ever wished for a health expert who sees beyond the surface and dives deep into the root causes of your health challenges? Meet the Restorative Wellness Practitioner— a remarkable ally on your healing journey.

A Restorative Wellness Practitioner is certified by Restorative Wellness Solutions. They’re trained to uncover the hidden imbalances that are hindering the body’s natural ability to heal. By combining in-depth analysis of their client’s health history, food journals, and symptom presentation with advanced lab tests such as stool testing, food sensitivity testing, hormone testing, and comprehensive bloodwork, they can pinpoint what’s holding back their client from optimal health. Armed with this knowledge, they create personalized plans tailored to their client’s unique needs, incorporating dietary adjustments, targeted supplement protocols, and lifestyle changes. It’s all about restoring the body’s balance from within, empowering you to naturally reverse chronic diseases and rediscover optimal well-being.

Do you accept Insurance?

No. As an unlicensed practitioner I am unable to accept insurance.

Is testing required to work with you?

Yes, testing is a cornerstone of my approach. To create the most effective, personalized healing protocol for you, I rely on advanced diagnostic tools like GI MAP microbiome testing and MRT food sensitivity testing. These tests provide critical insights into your gut health, helping us identify the root causes of your symptoms without guesswork. By investing in testing upfront, we save time and ensure your plan is tailored to your body’s unique needs, setting you on the fastest path to optimal health. During your consultation, I’ll explain how these tests work and why they’re essential for your journey.

Why do I need GI testing if I am not having digestive symptoms?

In functional nutrition, the gut is central to overall health. Imbalances in gut function can contribute to a range of issues beyond digestion, such as skin problems, migraines, blood sugar fluctuations, sugar cravings, thyroid issues, immune challenges, or hormonal imbalances. Even without digestive symptoms, prioritizing gut health is key to addressing these concerns. Testing helps identify underlying imbalances, and as the gut heals, many related symptoms often improve.
